Directly across from the river is another spot that we couldn't reach because Google Maps played a trick on us and wanted to send us over the water. We reached the spot without a 4x4 over firm sand for the last 100m. That may change, and you have to park a little further forward. There was practically no rubbish where we were. It was about 400m to the sea. But there was a "no swimming" sign. You can drive closer to the water, but then the sand gets soft, and without a 4x4 it's better not to. We stayed here for one night. Apart from the sound of the sea, it was very quiet.
