This is a gravel parking area with no signs prohibiting motorhomes. We parked here for two nights. It is right next to the train tracks so you do hear trains, mostly in the evenings but they start early in the morning (6am one day, before 5am the next). Apart from that the nights were quiet. The city park is right next to the parking and the old town about 15 minutes walk. Be aware that if there is an event on in the park you might get blocked in by all the cars parking (we were there for the cucumber festival so didn't mind and everyone had gone by the morning).
