A beautiful spot on the edge of town in our private (fenced) wooded area. Since we ourselves enjoy using such sites as campers, we decided to provide a spot ourselves. The area is graveled and suitable for small vans or motorhomes up to approximately 6 m. The spot is located in a forest and is nicely protected by a wall. On the other side, you have a view of the sunset. A small seating area has been created, slightly lower down. In the village, there is a small convenience store with a bakery, a gas station, a Regiomat (open 24/7), and various cycling routes (including not far from the Elephant Pit). The Aller and Lehrde rivers/streams are very close, perfect for swimming or fishing. There are also many different geocaches to be found. The A27, the A7, Heide Park, and the Bird Park are all within easy reach from here. Please treat this place with respect and keep it clean. A container is provided for small amounts of trash. Please register in advance (via WhatsApp or phone, even at short notice :)) The site is secured with a lock. We wish you a pleasant stay. Please no fires in the forest.
