Parking at the first Kolsay lake. There are shops around here, a paid toilet and you can rent a paddle boat. It's a very touristy place so if you come on a weekend don't expect to catch a spot unless you come early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Reachable with any vehicle (full size busses come here). You pay down at the gate. You can hike (7-8 km one way) to the second (middle) lake. It's possible to camp there. It's also possible to rent a horse to carry you (and your camping equipment) there. The maps near the parking lot have the walking trail marked on the eastern side of the first lake. Don't go there - the terrain is rough and there are a lot of fallen trees that are pretty difficult to cross. Take the horse trail on the western side of the lake instead. After the first lake stay at the western side of the river until you reach the second lake. For hiking to the third lake a border zone permit is required. You could supposedly arrange that down at the gate, but I didn't try it myself.
