You can detour off the main road to reach this spot. There are two trails leading down to the river; the one on the left is best if you're driving a sedan (not a 4x4). The mountain here is called "Sypukha" (Loose Mountain). At its base flows a fast-flowing, crystal-clear river. Nearby, there's a meadow with soft grass and shady trees. You can cook over a campfire; there are fire pits surrounded by stones, but there's no firewood, so you'll have to bring your own. The area is peaceful, with birdsong and the flow of the river. The air is fresh. We spent one night there and slept very well. The only downside is that people leave a lot of trash. We collected three bags of trash and took them with us.
