This is the unpaved public road that runs from the A303 to Larkhill. Overnight parking for campervans is permitted. This area is usually used by short-term visitors, while the area closer to Larkhill is typically used for longer stays. There are fantastic views of the Stonehenge standing stone circle. The road is quite muddy and has some potholes. There is some noise from the busy A303.
