The Grossberg organic farm is situated in a quiet and secluded location at 900 meters above sea level, 4.5 km from the village of Lauerz, making it ideal for families with children. Advance booking is essential! The farm is the highest year-round inhabited farm in the area. This Bio Suisse certified farm raises Angus cattle, free-range chickens, livestock guardian dogs, donkeys, and sheep. Numerous farm products, such as meat (e.g., sausages for grilling), eggs, cider, and seasonal produce like berries, fruit, vegetables, herbs, and salads, can be purchased directly from the farm. The views of Lake Zug and Lake Lauerz, the Rigi, and the Mythen mountains are breathtaking, and the surrounding area is perfect for hiking and relaxation. There are countless opportunities for excursions, hiking, and biking. On hot days, the public swimming area directly on Lake Lauerz is also a tempting option.
