New motorhome area in the town of Ledrada, in the Béjar region, south of Salamanca. The area has a public toilet, grey and black water disposal points, and a separate drinking water tap. Ledrada has three bars, a supermarket, a bakery, and several factories producing cured meats and hams belonging to the Jamón de Guijuelo Protected Designation of Origin. In summer, it has a fantastic public swimming pool. It is located right next to the "Vía de la Plata" greenway, which connects Plasencia with Salamanca, perfect for hiking enthusiasts. There are also several mountain bike routes. The area features granite picnic tables shaded by holm oaks. From there, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with the Sangusín Valley and the Sierra de Francia mountains in the background. The best access is via exit 396 of the A-66. If you're coming from the town of Nava de Béjar, be careful on the bridge and take a slight detour, as it's less than 3 meters high. It's better to take exit 398; you don't have to go through the town. When you reach the 2.5-meter bridge, turn right and you'll go directly to the area.
