There is a large, flat, empty parking area directly across the road from the Alevkaya picnic area. About 200 meters further ahead is the Kyrenia Mountains Visitor Center. The Beşparmak and Antiphonitis trails start from this point. We stayed here for one night and took our dogs for morning and evening walks along the trail route. It was a very quiet and enjoyable night. There is a water fountain at the Forestry Department nearby, and we filled our water there before leaving.
