Lay-by on the dock road very quiet of a night in view of Everton football clubs new stadium. Starts to get busy around 6:30/7am but a great nights sleep, the Bramley Moore pub, numerous cafes and similar places all along the road due to be very close to docks. you’ll see a lot of lorries for this reason, Which also give the feeling of safety in numbers with a lot sleeping in there cab. There is this lay-by but you’ll find others up and down the road. 2 mile walk or about 45 minutes from this spot into Liverpool city center, and the Albert Dock.
