Lake Vyrnwy Campsite

Land for twenty tents / caravans / motorhomes. A wild campsite with 2 portaloos, water for hand washing and a separate area for washing. The fireplaces are free, you can buy logs from the owners who live opposite them for £ 5 a bag. Dogs are allowed on a sheet. The site has a playing area for children but there is no equipment here. There is a stream shallow enough to splash there under the supervision of an adult. There is a grocery store a 2 minute walk away offering takeaway but it closes at 6pm The lake itself (5 minute drive) offers stunning scenery, cafes, rspb center, a large park, forest walks and waterfalls.
