With stunning scenery overlooking the Tjust Skärgård archipelago on this peninsula which you arrive at via the bridge from the south or by driving through the countryside on narrow winding roads from the north. You're just steps away from a dip in the ocean, and if you like boats, this is where they are! At the start of the season you can watch the boats being launched and at the end of the season we spend our days lifting them - but be aware that we are early morning people and the trucks will pass early. In high season, boats come and go and there are plenty of stories to share with passers-by in Loftahammar. If you've ever thought about taking sailing lessons, there is a sailing school every summer right next to the marina. Reserve in advance! For children and forever. 800 meters from a supermarket, 200 meters from restaurants and if you fancy a swing there is a 9 hole golf course nearby which will not disappoint. If you want to have lunch on an island, there is a ferry that leaves and returns every day.
