Backs on to Ancient Oxleas Wood with no parking restrictions. Good for weekend as parking is very busy with commuters from 6am during week days and some weekends. This is a busy road with traffic late into the night. Next to unspoilt woodland which is great to explore on mountain bike or dog walking. Look at 200 year old maps of Shooter's Hill and you will see the main road is the old A2 roman road. Lots of fantastic photo opportunities of central London and all directions into Kent. Served by Falconwood Train station to London Bridge Station, Waterloo etc and several bus routes. Nearby Welling has Tesco, Lidl and Morrisons supermarkets, alternatively Eltham also has a Lidl and a leisure centre (called Eltham Centre) all served by B16 bus route. Obviously hide possessions such as sat-nav and do not leave vehicle unattended during hours of darkness. If worried about security, park near the houses further up towards Welling.
