(28046) Madrid - 2A Calle Tulipan

Free gravel parking used by locals. It's a little hard to find the right entry. It seems unregulated but everybody uses it and you won't get a ticket. The entry roads are VERY bumpy with lots of potholes, it gets better inside the parking and it's worth it, you won't find a free parking as well situated in Madrid. It's very close to one of the main train stations (CHAMARTIN) and bus stations (PLAZA DE CASTILLA) and there are bars and supermarkets all around. It's also unusually silent for it's location appart from the rush hours where people parks in our out to go to work/home. I asked around and everybody said that it was a very safe place to park as well.
