(340 04) Mantoudi Limni Agia Anna - Unnamed Road

ONLY 4x4. Right on the edge of the Lake of Papastratis, which is actually more of a pond, created naturally after the quarry was abandoned. In April 2023 you should park right where this look had been added; in the wet season it might be under water. Access via 38.7250473, 23.4302602, then follow the trail and take the first left, which is a fairly steep and rutted decent down to the pond. Not advisable if it has rained. Quiet spot, except for the frogs, which can be very loud. Not a great deal of 4G signal (I only got 1 bar with cosmote). The terrain isn't entirely flat. Please take your rubbish with you and leave the place the same or better than you found it :-)
