Eurocamp Spreewaldtor! Nice place with everything you need. Wellness with outdoor pool, restaurant, shop, playground, etc. Very nice for families with children and good children's entertainment program. Great praise goes to the nice woman who runs the handicraft lesson. Unfortunately, some of the pitches are so uneven that you don't even know how to set up the tent. Diagonally is not a problem, but bumps, holes, etc. are annoying. The access to the parking space is cut very tightly, so that branches and undergrowth scrape the motorhome at some entrances. Our children had reserved a tent pitch, but it was occupied when we arrived. The nice question about an alternative place was answered by the woman behind the counter: If someone is standing in the wrong place, they dismantle and you take the place you reserved. When our grandchildren handed in 5 flat empties in the shop, they only got the answer from the same woman: But there is no money for it here. One has the impression that some people are overwhelmed there in the season. From a 5 star campsite we have been served better elsewhere. For us, the place is not worth 5 stars. The operators should look around and get information on other places.
