The access goes over a longer way on an unpaved road (after rain relatively muddy). However, it is fit to drive on, since coaches with tourists also drive up here. The last 50 meters to the site are quite steep, so you should also pay attention to the slope angle of your vehicle. At the end of the road there is a turnaround, which is also used by the coaches. The view up here is really the madness, on the city and the fjord. The access to the place I would recommend only vehicles up to a length of 6-7m. In winter (early April) apparently closed (barrier)!
