My land is located in the town of Moncé-en-Belin, near the Indianapolis-Arnage bend on the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Once settled in, everything is within walking distance, and a shuttle is available to take you to the various popular locations for watching the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The land offers other advantages: it is shaded and well-located for outings other than the 24 Hours. The city of Le Mans is pretty, with many free museums (Tessé Museum, Green Museum, Carré Plantagenêt Museum), and the land is close to the Automobile Museum, which requires admission. Wandering around Old Mans is pleasant; you'll find a magnificent cathedral and good restaurants there. The Sarthe region is a land of hiking. The land is quiet, enclosed, and located in the countryside, 1.5 km from the town center of Arnage, a town with all amenities (pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, and restaurants). There is also a shopping area in Ruaudin called Family Village, 3 km from the site. For swimming enthusiasts, there is the Gémerie lake or the Houssay estate in Spay, and there is also a water ski lift in Spay, a 10-minute drive away. There is a washroom facility with toilets, a shower area, and a sink. Outside the washroom facility, there is a sink for washing dishes.
