On the top of the Mount Hum. The acces is easy by an asphalt road. You have a nice view on Mostar and the mountains around. At the big cross, you will see it from far away, there are some gravel roads where you can drive or walk around and have a 360° Panorama.
Theres a lot of rubbish around but you will might find a good place to stay.
Notes: From here the croatian troops bomb the old city of Mostar.
