Park with sports fields and places to relax on the East River. Randall's Island can also be reached with larger vehicles. Nice place to stay with children or pets. I stayed here for one night. But I only have a Mercedes G camper. There are no direct prohibition signs and the police didn't say anything. But I didn't spread out. The park itself was not very busy, the usual, joggers, walkers, anglers, etc. I felt safe. There are also parking spaces under the bridge. A few school buses were parked there during the day. They said I could park there overnight. But I preferred to be near the river.
