Follow the brown signs from near the ferry terminal to Pulpit Hill. It's a steep winding road, which is wide enough but needs caution. The carpark, at the top, isn't enormous but easy enough to turn around in (6m - 7m not a problem). As for the views - AMAZING ! There will be hikers (fit ones) during the day and dogwalkers as well as young people in the evening; but a peaceful place.with the background buzz of Oban and the ferries from 1st sailing until last. The carpark is tarmac'd and level surrounded by grass, shrubs trees a walkway to the viewpoint and there are a few benches. The toilets currently are abandoned/closed. No actual height restrictions but some overhanging branches here and there.
