Fenced hillside plot of approximately 3000 m² at the foothills of the Thessalian mountains. A peaceful and quiet spot suitable for campervans, motorhomes, tents, hikers, and cyclists. The land is gently sloped and accessible, comfortable for parking and camping. The final stretch of the access road (after the small church) is unpaved and includes a slight slope. It is generally accessible for most vehicles, and even heavy-duty trucks have reached the site without issues, but caution is recommended after rain as the ground can become muddy. The surrounding hills offer beautiful hikes and wide views over the Thessalian plain. Perfect as a scenic stop for a night or a few days, with great stargazing thanks to low light pollution. The land is currently natural and minimal, with no fixed infrastructure yet, but gradually being shaped through permaculture practices. Basic services can be arranged on request. Work in progress: compost toilets and on-site water system (currently supplied via tanks and nearby well). Please note that no one lives on-site. The plot is secured with a gate and lock, so it’s important to contact us in advance before arrival. We will be happy to meet you, open the gate, and assist with anything you may need (water, electricity, or general support). Bonus: neighboring farmer offers fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables. We also produce small batches of homemade goods including bread, tomato sauce, vinegar, soap bars, and shampoo bars.
