(9877) Omaui - 36 Whalers Crescent

Parking on grass on the edge of the beach, just before the Omaui reserve. Slightly sloping ground. Presence of a dry toilet cabin. Do not park on the small gravel parking lot just after because there is a sign prohibiting parking for vans and campers. On weekends, the beach is livelier. 3km of "gravel road" to get there but doable at low speed (I did it in a Mitsubishi L300 van). View of Raikiura on a clear day!
