A small parking lot right by the lake. It's just a short drive down from the road. Thanks to earplugs, the road noise was completely inaudible, and there wasn't much traffic. We were able to eat and swim outside undisturbed. The water was very clean, and the site itself was too clean. It didn't bother anyone from 1 p.m. the day before until 11 a.m. the next day. The nearby picnic area was too crowded for us; the road was much louder, and there was no view of the lake. We also didn't park there out of respect.
