Private parking behind the dune, 50m from the beach, at a WWII memorial site where Latvians fled to Gotland from the Russians (Memorial "Sail of Hope"). No service (2 trash cans on the beach), absolute peace and quiet, not a soul anywhere in sight in early July with moderate weather.
In the evening a man came from the adjacent campsite, which is apparently not in operation, and demanded a 10€ overnight fee...but the peace and quiet, the beach and the isolation despite the proximity to the road were worth it to us.
