Forest Family Home

Welcome to Forest Family Home, right on the E45. We are a Dutch traveling family with two sons, aged 6 and 8. We offer three campervan pitches on our driveway and in our garden, bordering a forest. We fell in love with Sweden and recently purchased this little piece of paradise. We'd love to share it with others, especially families and adventurers. From April to September, you're welcome to explore the beautiful Överhogdal Valley. There are many opportunities for swimming, hiking, foraging, and fishing. People usually head north, but the area and the people here are truly worth discovering. Traveling family? We'd love to invite you! Our children love to play with other children. You can play with all the toys you see outside, in the playhouse, and in the photos for free. We can lend children a (balance) bike, water pistols, and various other games—great fun! Traveling with a tent? We love meeting adventurous people. Need a little more privacy or more space and a comfortable bed? Then we also rent out our outdoor cabin and an indoor guest room with a private terrace. Laundry costs €5, and we'll do it for you. We also have a dryer for €5, but we recommend drying it outside on our rack, unless you're in a hurry. Maintenance for your campervan is also available for a €5 fee. For a small donation, you can also use our shower. You can contact us by email and phone. Notes: - Grey water can be drained, but currently only with buckets. We have a hose, but it doesn't work with every campervan. - We don't yet accept Swish requests; for now, only cash. PayPal or Tikkie are accepted. We can also provide you with a delicious breakfast (SEK 125) or dinner (SEK 175), as the hostess is a wonderful cook! Vegan and vegetarian options are available. We recommend using Google Maps for navigation, as some other apps may lead you to a more distant village. Our campervan sites are located opposite "Stenhyddan Mossbo Stenar."
