Come enjoy our campervan site! We are a Dutch family who have settled here after a year of traveling. We are currently building a permaculture garden and renovating our house with natural materials. We welcome visitors who want to enjoy it, help out, or simply come and enjoy a holiday. Would you like to see or learn how we build and work? We'd be happy to tell you more! The campervan site is a small adjoining building and offers stunning views over the valley. It's the ideal location to completely unwind. You can enjoy wonderful walks right from the site, and within a 10-minute drive you'll find charming towns like Espinhal, Penela, and Miranda do Corvo. In the mountains, there's a fantastic waterfall hike, starting or ending at a natural pool called Lousinha—a refreshing spot where you'll immediately feel at home in nature. For a small fee, we can take you to Lousinha so you can enjoy the fantastic walk down. Accessibility The easiest way to reach Tola is via the N17-1. When you enter the village, drive straight ahead and follow the winding road uphill. Turn left before the church; the last 50 meters is an unpaved road to the right of a white barn. Note: If you are taller than 7.5 meters, we recommend finding a different spot.
