(6060) Penha Garcia - Unnamed road

At end of Reservoir, there is a small lay-by. you can drive down the track 20 metres and there is a clearing to park completely out of view of the road (it is an overgrown track). direct access to the water and great view. we spent the day, didn't sleep, but were completely undisturbed and there are no signs suggesting it is private property. only question is if it is used for fishing parking (but they can still access water and park off the road so you shouldn't cause a problem).
