(85544) Pine - Old County Road

Just before Payson, on the Pine border, a forest track (with an open gate) leads to a wide plateau and several parking areas scattered throughout the woods. The track is somewhat rough but accessible to all types of vehicles (large campervans can only access the first plateau). It's a little close to the road, but not inconveniently so. The grounds are clear, and there's good 4G coverage. Watch out for mosquitoes! They aren't aggressive, but they are present. (April 20, 2026)
