We offer a maximum of 3 privately owned pitches for motorhomes and caravans. Please read the text to the end. We are not a professional campsite; we are campers ourselves who want to give other campers the opportunity to use this site. The pitch is located in the Reppentin district, about 2 km outside of Plau am See. Reppentin is a very small, very quiet village and has about 10 houses in total; there are 4 houses in this part of the village. The road to Plau is about 4.5-5 m wide and paved. This makes Reppentin easily accessible. When approaching/exiting, please drive on the paved road to the bus stop and then to the barn. Avoid driving directly through the village to preserve the peace and quiet in the village. Peace and quiet are our top priority. We definitely don't want noise and disturbance in the village, which would then cause annoyances with the neighbors. You can park your vehicle either directly in front of the historic half-timbered barn or behind the barn on the spacious, fenced-in grounds of approximately 11,000 square meters. The barn was formerly part of the estate located here and is now being gradually renovated by us. You can also let your pets run free on the grounds. If you would like to take your pet for a walk, please go to the bus stop and then straight over towards the forest. Your animals can run free here. Please pick up any droppings. If possible, please do not call, just arrive; there is plenty of space. You are free to choose a spot of your choice. Whether sunny or in the shade of the large trees/the approximately 10m high barn. There are paved (concrete) areas and natural meadows. The concrete areas are also well suited to heavy vehicles such as mobile homes or trucks. Some areas are regularly mowed by a robot. The terrain is relatively flat and level. If you would like to access the fenced property, please contact me preferably a few hours in advance via WhatsApp or text message. Please avoid calls. I am normally available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and will respond as soon as possible. The outbuilding to the right of the barn is rented; please keep the driveway/red gate clear for the tenant. Electricity can also be used upon request (max. 3A/1000W, suitable only for the refrigerator or for charging batteries and cell phones; heating/air conditioning via electricity is not possible in the wooden barn due to the fire hazard). (Well) water is available free of charge across the street in house no. 4 (a red brick house with blue windows). The faucet with a hose for filling is located in the cellar entrance to the right of the driveway. Wastewater disposal is only possible after consultation and only if you do not use any chemical additives. You can also dispose of your garbage, provided it is 100% properly separated into "yellow bag", paper/cardboard, glass, compost, and residual waste. If you used electricity, please simply drop the costs off at the end of your stay in the mailbox at number 4 across the street. If you were satisfied, we would be very grateful for a donation of €8 per night and will use the money for materials to renovate the barn. We wish you a pleasant journey and a peaceful night.
