(21201) Prgomet - Cesta dr. Franje Tuđmana

Great free, unlimited parking right next to Prgomet train station. From here, a train to Split takes under an hour and costs under €2, directly to the harbor, making it a perfect park and ride. The train only runs three times a day, so it's best to check the timetable on Google Maps beforehand! Next to the parking lot is a great café and bar for while you wait for the train!
