On a small gravel road up, on the way to two telephone masts you find a small field on the left side (or park slightly on the road) with great view over prizren. the road is quiet at night. Yuki the shepherd lives on the hill (together with his sheep and dogs), therefor there is some poop around (and flies) but it's quiet, great views and yuki is nice (invited me for coffee and cookies).
