Small off-road park? We were actually on our way from Görlitz to the Giant Mountains, but got stuck here halfway. The water is murky, and there's a bit of trash lying around. There are fire pits and a few 4x4 parking spaces around. Next door is an unofficial, traditional campground run by locals, so presumably tolerated. We'll stay one night and then move on :)
