There is an old quarry on one side of the road as you drive down and a small plateau as you drive up. The paths there are rocky and steeper. 4x4 or good tires recommended. On the plateau you have better reception and flatter terrain, but you can see you from the road, which is not the case in the quarry. Parking lot #3: Directly opposite the entrance to the quarry there is a small path that leads to a transmitter station. The way there is super passable and you have a flat area in front of the station.
