Ribbesbüttel Community Center. This is a wonderful place to spend the night. The area is paved and is primarily used by the sports club and fire department. It's sometimes still busy in the evening. You might want to park a bit off the beaten track. It's a great starting point for hikes or bike rides. There's a junction not far from the parking lot.
