View to the sea and steps down to gravely beach. Opposite a small tracked woodland which is good for dog walking and lots of wild garlic in April. There are also plenty of on road parking spaces here too which seem fine for overnight parking too. Main road into Rothesay and ferry port so might get noisy in high season. About 10 mins to walk into center of town. Worth visiting Bute Shed which has great local beer, 'street' food and bands. Gather Deli good for proper bread, etc.
