Service area in Sallent, in the Botjosa neighbourhood, right on the premises of the Geoparc de la Catalunya Central Visitor Center, open weekends and holidays in the morning. Wide and level area, with 3 marked spaces and with a wheel stop, to park and spend the night, although there is space for many more. Payment point for emptying and recharging water (€2 - 5 minutes with a bank card). Ideal area to visit the Iberian settlement of Cogulló, La Síquia, signposted BTT routes or the wetland and riverside forests of the Aigüamolls de la Corbatera at the passage of the Llobregat river. At 100 mt there is a restaurant and a gas station. The area is not close to the town (2km, although you can go well by bicycle) but right at the entrance of the town there is the institute area with plenty of space to park and spend the night, with an Esclat supermarket and a bar-restaurant a few meters away . The town center is just 500mt. Sunday is market day and some shops are open. Safe place due to the proximity of the neighborhood.
