Roadside parking just before you enter the village of Saint Sebastian de garabandal. Super quiet road even in August. Water taps in the village and a restaurant. Garabandal is famous for the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to 4 girls in 1961. It is a quiet pilgrimage site and worth a visit. The tourist info centre has lots of info.
