Paved parking lot at the new St. Michael sports field arena (which is not visible in the satellite image at the moment). Only suitable for vehicles under 6m. From there you can cycle along the Mur. There is a drinking water fountain for filling up bottles or canisters about 100m away (in the shape of a rock) next to the beach volleyball court on the way to the river. Also ideal for dog owners. Right behind it you can go for a wonderful swim in the Mur. We are giving you this tip in the full confidence that you will behave EXEMPLARY here, not camp (no furniture or awnings out), be quiet, leave no rubbish behind, shop or eat out in the town and stay for a maximum of ONE night. If there is already a camper there when you arrive, please drive on. The same applies if there is a sporting event going on (locals have priority and parking spaces are limited). Please park at the very back at the beginning of the sidewalk, that's where you'll cause the least disruption. May EACH of us do our part to restore our good reputation as campers.
