Large public parking lot right on the city beach. Suitable for large motorhomes. Parking is no problem in the winter months (we were there at the end of October with a 7.5-meter motorhome). There are many stray dogs, all peaceful and well-fed. There are numerous feeding and watering stations in the area. In my opinion, the locals treat the dogs well. They are fed by local businesses. The place is very crowded in the summer months. It's unknown whether overnight stays are permitted during this time. 5 minutes to the city center, yet very quiet at night. All shops and restaurants are just around the corner. We felt completely safe there.
