Hello and welcome to the Landerhauser farm in the idyllic Chiemgau region near Schleching! Our three pitches, each 60m² in size, offer a quiet location and stunning mountain views. The west-facing location ensures you enjoy the longest hours of sunshine and breathtaking sunsets. We also rent two holiday apartments, located next to the pitch. More information on our website. We are located directly on the Tiroler Ache river. It's only about 300m from our farm. Here you can enjoy nature to the fullest. You can enjoy a wonderful swim at the confluence of the Mühlbach and Ache rivers. This swimming area is also very suitable for children. You can reach this spot on foot from the farm in just 10 minutes. The center of Schleching is just a 10-minute walk away and offers many amenities. Here you'll find inns offering breakfast, a village shop with freshly baked rolls daily, a deli counter, and drinks, a sports shop, a bike shop with rental service, an ATM, and, between May and September, regular concerts with a brass band and alphorn players in the village square. You can enjoy numerous activities here, some directly from the farm. These include cycling, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, tennis, horseback riding, swimming, and rafting. The Zellersee bathing lake and the Zellerwand climbing area are just 1.5 km away, and Lake Chiemsee is only 15 km away. Our site is well-equipped --> There's an electrical connection with a 3-pin CEE plug right on site, a portable toilet (Dixi), and a large sink for washing up. Fresh water is available for a small fee. A washing machine and dryer are also available for a small fee. There's free Wi-Fi and a lockable garage for bicycles. Freezers are also available. We also offer chilled drinks in the laundry room. For children, there is a playground with a soccer goal, swings, and a sandbox. Dogs are welcome, and barbecues are permitted, but no open fires. Access to our pitch is very easy and straightforward. Arrival: from 12:00 PM Departure: by 11:00 AM The tourist tax is €2 per night for persons 16 years and older and €1 per night for children between 6 and 16 years old.
