(4009) Shalë - Rruga Nikgjonaj

It's a parking lot next to the river. In March, when I went, there was no one asking for money, so in winter (low season) it's free. It's very quiet, and from there you can start hiking anywhere. There are a few stray dogs, but they seem used to people and are very friendly. They're friendly with other dogs too.
