Large parking next to a park in the city center with few shaded parking spots. It's behind a fence but the gate was opened all the time I stayed here. During the day few buses with tourists parked here. In the evenings and at night people hang out on the parking lot and in the nearby park. Apart from some fireworks being set off from the parking lot, the nights were mostly quiet.
