Ortu Tesoru

Ortu Tesoru (the treasure garden) is a 3000m² permaculture vegetable garden on a 2.5-hectare property, nestled in the heart of the maquis shrubland. Located between Propriano and Filitosa, a place steeped in history, we offer unique spaces for campervans, tents, or 4x4s near endemic forest species and the maquis. You can discover our permaculture vegetable garden, our chickens, our edible and aromatic flowers, and our orchard. On-site, you can purchase various products from the garden: organic vegetable baskets, individual vegetables (organic) from April to mid-November, fresh eggs, processed products (jams, specialties, etc.), natural cosmetics, and herbal teas. Finally, you can enjoy a drink at our small bar and, in season, dine at our restaurant "Herba Luna chez Nini" on traditional Corsican dishes, platters of carefully selected charcuterie or cheeses, or vegetarian dishes prepared from seed to plate with love in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! We are less than 10 minutes by car from small, secluded coves and fine sandy beaches, and 20 minutes from the mountains, waterfalls, and hot springs. Our location makes it easy to explore Corsica from the south of Ajaccio to Bonifacio. We can also advise you on places to visit nearby: beaches, coves, rivers, waterfalls, hot springs, caves, historical sites, local producers, and more. We are not a traditional campsite; there is no swimming pool. We offer an authentic, family-run farm stay, in a simple and natural setting.
