The village is called Stöde, about 45 minutes from Sundsvall on the E14 towards Östersund, in Västernorrland. On private land in beautiful natural surroundings in central Sweden, we rent out three pitches on gravel and two on grass. Electricity is available, as well as fresh water, grey water disposal, and toilet emptying. A table with benches and a barbecue area are located near the pitches. There is plenty of grass for children and dogs to play on. The river is very close by, and our raft, which has a table and benches, is freely accessible. The fire pit is right on the bank, and firewood is provided. We rent out two kayaks, a rowboat, and a SUP for pleasant trips on the tranquil Ljungan River. Fresh organic whole-grain bread is available upon request. In the summer, when the apples and mirabelle plums are ripe, you are welcome to help yourself. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the main house, or you can dry your laundry outside; a clothesline is provided. From June to September, you can watch the gliders perform their aerial aerobatics on beautiful weekends. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet and the friendly atmosphere. The geographical center of Sweden is just a 20-minute drive away. With a viewpoint and a small café (open during peak season), you can enjoy delicious, fresh waffles and other treats. Feel free to ask us for further suggestions. While the pitches are not accessible by car in winter, you can still park on our site. Electricity is available, you can empty your toilet, and fresh water is provided. You can also use the washing machine and dryer.
