Small discreet dirt parking lot, on the edge of the water, just before the cycle bridge. It is used by fishermen and hikers during the day, and some residents at night. There is only room for 1 or 2 vans or vans. No prohibition signs. We stayed there for 2 nights with no problems. The European Parliament is 5 minutes by bike and the city center 15 minutes.
