I think this is intended as a recreational area with a pond and playground for the neighborhood. Dead end street, so quiet. Some grass and a small sandy beach. No swimming pool, but there is a swimming lake with a swimming jetty. There are 2 dragnets for ball games. There are no picnic tables, but there are benches. No amenities. A very nice resting place for families with young people.
