Free parking directly at the harbor and in front of the city wall. No height or width restrictions, and no restrictions on the type of vehicle. There's an area in front of the bollards and another behind them where vehicles up to 7 meters long can park comfortably. The bollards in the middle rise at 10 PM. So, if you don't want to be locked in, you should park outside the designated area. Otherwise, it's a very nice parking lot. The city center is within walking distance, the Elbe Cycle Path runs right past it, and the old town is definitely worth seeing. So, whether you're hiking, strolling, browsing, or cycling, you can do pretty much anything here. There are also some lovely festivals held here from time to time. For those needing sanitary facilities, water/wastewater disposal, etc., there's a campervan site a few hundred meters away. The service station can also be used by non-guests. Waste disposal is free, and fresh water is available for a fee. The parking lot itself has a nice park area with benches and trash cans, a small playground, and a cocktail bar. On the other side, there's also a restaurant ship.
