(640 02) Thasos - Unnamed Road

Small car park to visit the lake and the Maries waterfalls. Be careful, the road after the village of Maries is a slightly bumpy and dusty track for 2.7km. No problem with width or height, we went with a 7m. We did not spend the night there because of little interest apart from the waterfalls, but it is possible and the parking lot is relatively flat for 1-2 motorhomes. I would not swim in the lake which is 2min from the car park but we bathed at the foot of the small falls which are 10-15min from the car park on a relatively flat path. There are 3 successive falls. Small shop to buy honey and oil in high season.
