Nice sheltered parking lot. Easy to reach with any car. Place is right next to a quarry where you can look down from a fence. (Quarry is active) During the day, blasting work is carried out which can be viewed from a safe distance. Police came by in the evening and just said "please don't make a fire and don't stay here for more than one night." And went back to it. I was there from 6pm - 9am on weekdays.
